George Patrick 

George Patrick graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Ph.D. in Chemistry. He completed his corporate career in 2001 after 34 years of distinguished service with DuPont and Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation. George is a licensed real estate agent and manages all business matters for the team. In his role as business manager, George oversees the running of the day-to-day business, all the while insuring that our team remains focused on our commitment to excellence in real estate services. 

Scott Patrick 

Scott is a native Delawarean and a licensed real estate agent in the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania. Scott attended Johnson and Wales University and Widener University majoring in hotel/restaurant management with an extensive employment background in customer relations. As a Sales Partner, Scott’s knowledge of the market is extensive. Scott is responsible for researching the market on a daily basis and continuously viewing and showing properties currently for sale. His market expertise enables our clients to become fully educated and well-advised throughout the entire course of the purchasing process. 

Susan Gibson 

Communication is the key to success in the marketing and sale of a property. As Listings Manager, Sue Gibson tracks day-to-day activities on each property listed, completes comprehensive market reports to reveal current market trends, and continuously monitors the successful positioning of our properties in the marketplace. Such efforts enable Jan Patrick to assist sellers in obtaining the highest price for their homes in the most reasonable amount of time. Sue is a licensed real estate agent and formerly served as the Office Manager for a local real estate developer. Prior to that, she was the Administrative Assistant to the Headmaster of Tatnall School. 

Bob Hill 

Bob Hill has worked as a systems analyst for a two-hundred-year-old corporation of 100,000 employees, a small start-up company of less than sixty employees creating websites for physicians and managing their CME program, and as marketing coordinator for a national real estate company. As Marketing Manager, he draws upon his acquired skills and natural abilities to consistently create professional and up-to-date materials for our clients. Along with outstanding organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, Bob brings to Team Patrick a strong desire to provide and maintain a consistent level of quality in support of Jan’s aggressive marketing and advertising campaigns. 

Ann Whitehead 

Ann Whitehead, a native Delawarean, is a licensed real estate agent in Delaware and Pennsylvania. She brings to the team years of experience in the real estate business. As Closings Manager, Ann provides invaluable assistance to buyers and sellers after Jan has completed negotiations for the purchase or sale of a property. Providing continuous support to our clients as they await settlement is key to facilitating a smooth and stress-free transaction. Ann’s focus on follow-up throughout the closing process as she works with cooperating agents,, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, and contractors, all on behalf of our clients, is absolutely critical to the successful settlement of our properties. 

Lisa Vosburgh Owen 

Insuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service throughout the course of their real estate transaction is the role of Client Care Manager, Lisa Owen. Lisa graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Psychology. She is a licensed real estate agent and formerly worked as a paralegal for attorneys specializing in litigation. Lisa is cross-trained in all aspects of our real estate business, and can provide any degree of assistance required to facilitate a smooth transaction on behalf of our clients.
